Catskill, NY – Bank President and CEO Donald E. Gibson and Chairman of the Board Jay Cahalan are pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Hein and Steven Kelley to the Bank of Greene County Advisory Board.
The addition of Ms. Hein and Mr. Kelley reflects the Bank’s continued commitment to strengthening its presence throughout the Capital Region and Hudson Valley, while expanding the expertise and perspectives guiding the Bank’s strategic growth.

CHRISTINE HEIN
Christine Hein serves as the Executive Director of People’s Place, a nonprofit that has supported Ulster County families for more than 50 years. Over the past 14 years, Christine has led significant growth, expanding programs and supporting more than 10,000 households last year. A lifelong resident of Ulster County, she is also an active community volunteer and member of Kingston Kiwanis, the Junior League of Kingston, and a Board Member of Wiltwyck Cemetery.

STEVEN KELLEY
Steven Kelley, MBA, FACHE, has served as President and CEO of Ellenville Regional Hospital since 2003, leading its transformation into a nationally recognized model for rural healthcare innovation and sustainability. With a background spanning healthcare, technology, and research, he is a frequent speaker on rural healthcare and serves on several boards and committees, including the Healthcare Association of New York State, the New York State Rural Health Council, The Institute for Family Health, and the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency.
Steven Kelley stated “I am honored to serve on the Bank of Greene County Advisory Board. I look forward to contributing to the Bank’s mission and supporting its continued commitment to the communities it serves, especially in the rural areas of New York State.”
