Bank Announces Appointment of New Advisory Board Member and Advisory Board Member Retirement  

Donald E. Gibson, President & CEO and Paul Slutzky, Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Greene County announce the appointment of Kendra Hart to the Bank of Greene County Advisory Board, and the retirement of Eric Hannay, who has served on the Advisory Board since 2012.

The Bank’s Advisory Board is comprised of community leaders, and provides the Bank of Greene County Board of Directors with insight into the financial needs of Hudson Valley and Capital Region communities.

Don Gibson stated “We are very pleased to welcome Kendra to our Advisory Board.  She brings a wealth of experience in her field, and we look forward to her unique perspective and insight.”  Don Gibson further stated “we want to thank Eric Hannay for his years of dedicated service on our Advisory Board, and wish him well.”

Kendra Hart is the President of Martin Electric, an electrical contracting company based in Rensselaer.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University and earned her City of Albany Master’s Electrician License.  Kendra also holds her OSHA30 certificate, and was awarded the Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Award in 2017.
