Bank Announces Promotion to Customer Service Center Manager  

Donald E. Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announced an employee promotion to Bank Manager.  Kayla Pinnella has been promoted to Manager of the Customer Service Center.

Donald Gibson stated: “Due to the continued growth and success of our Customer Service Center, it is my pleasure to announce we have promoted Kayla Pinnella to Manager.  We recently held a ribbon cutting for our new, state-of-the art-technology Customer Service Center, located at 491 Main Street in Catskill.  The Customer Service Center now employs about 12 employees, and Kayla has done a great job as the Assistant Manager.”

Kayla Pinnella began her career at the Bank of Greene County in 2016 as a representative in the Bank’s Customer Service Center.  She has held positions of increased responsibility in the Customer Service Center, including her most recent position of Assistant Manager.  Kayla has almost 10 years of Banking experience, and lives in Westerlo, NY.

Headquartered in Catskill, New York, the Bank of Greene County is the only locally based Bank with offices in Ulster, Greene, Columbia and Albany Counties and has proudly served the Hudson Valley and Capital Region for over 130 years.
