Donald Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announces officer promotions across the Bank. It is particularly rewarding when all of the employees promoted are from within our company, and have grown with us over the years.”
Andrea DiPace has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Branch Administrator. Andrea has been with the Bank of Greene County for over 6 years, and has almost 20 years of banking experience. Since 2015, Andrea has served as the Regional Branch Administrator for the Greenville, Coxsackie, Ravena-Coeymans, and Westerlo Branch offices. Andrea is actively involved in the community, and is a member of the Germantown Student Education Foundation, Friends of New Baltimore Recreation, Board member of Palatine Manor, and the Germantown Garden Club. She is a long-time resident of Clermont (Columbia-County) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Empire State College.
Christa Bush has been promoted to Regional Manager. In addition to her Branch Manager responsibilities at the Cairo Branch, Christa will take over Regional responsibilities for the Greenville, Coxsackie, Ravena-Coeymans, and Westerlo Branch offices. Christa has been with the Bank of Greene County over 6 years, has 23 years in banking, and is very involved in the community. She has been a member of the Fortnightly Club of Catskill for 8 years, serves as Chairperson for The Festival of Trees, is a deacon at the Kiskatom Reformed Church, and lives in Catskill (Greene-County).
Robert Agostinoni has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending and Business Development. Rob has worked for the Bank over 12 years, in positions of increased responsibility, and completed the Bank’s Management Training Program. Rob has a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose. He serves on the Board of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, and lives in Cairo (Greene County).
Justin Goldman has been promoted to Business Development Officer. Justin has been with the Bank almost 3 years, and held positions of increased responsibility in both the Branch and Lending area. Justin has also completed the Bank’s Management Training Program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, and has completed two lending certificate programs with the Center for Financial Training and a fellowship with the Good Work Institute. He is the Treasurer for Columbia County Habitat for Humanity and O+ Festival. He also serves on the Boards of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Hudson Business Coalition. He lives in the City of Hudson (Columbia County).
John Dudek has been promoted to Finance Officer and Assistant Comptroller. John has worked at the Bank over 6 years, and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance Department. John previously completed the Bank’s Management Training Program, and has over 10 years of banking experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from SUNY New Paltz, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz. He lives in Kingston (Ulster County).
Kathryn Nelson has been promoted to Human Resources Officer. Kathy has been with the Bank for over 10 years, and held positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources Department. She holds a Human Resource Management School certification from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, an Associate’s Degree from Columbia-Greene Community College, her PHR certification from HR Certification Institute and SHRM-CP Certification. Kathy is a long-time resident of Lexington (Greene County), and serves as Secretary of the Workforce Development Board of Columbia & Greene Counties.
