CAIRO – The Bank of Greene County’s Charitable Foundation was a major sponsor of the Cairo Soccer Field, which held its ribbon cutting on Thursday, July 26. The project, which took 11 years, was made possible through the generous support of the community and the following people/organizations:

The new Soccer Field will serve as a home for the Rip Van Winkle Soccer Club, a youth soccer program. The Club plans on using the field for the Fall 2019 season.
