The Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation enhances the quality of life for people living in communities served by The Bank and its affiliates, by providing funding to not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools and other organizations.

Since its inception in 1998, The Bank of Greene County's Charitable Foundation has contributed a total of $700,000 to local non-profit organizations.  Requests for funding should be submitted between December 1 and January 15 of each year.

The Foundation supports:

  • Education
  • Health & Wellness
  • Social & Civic Services
  • Culture & Art
  • Housing for Low & Moderate Income Individuals
