VALATIE, NY – The Bank of Greene County held a ribbon cutting on Saturday, July 27th to celebrate the Grand Opening of their newest office in Kinderhook-Valatie. Bank employees all wore Hawaiian shirts for a beach party opening, with representatives from the town and village, local businesses, and the Columbia County Chamber on hand for the celebration.
The Kinderhook-Valatie branch is the Bank’s sixth branch in Columbia County. The new branch is a full service office including free wifi, 24 hour ATM, safe deposit boxes, and plenty of parking. Grand Opening specials include a free drawing for a 50-inch TV, a donation made to local charities for every checking account opened, a free gift for opening an account, and $225 in Greene Reward points when adding additional services with a new account. And the ATM promotion (Automated Thank-you Machine) – where $50 bills are randomly substituted in place of $20’s in the ATM!
The branch is located at 2827 U.S. 9, in the Ocean State Job Lot Plaza and will be open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
