- Copy of recent savings account, checking account, stock & bond accounts, and retirement account statements
- Copy of court order (for alimony/child support)
- Personal financial statements
- Copy of lease for rental property (rent rolls)

☐ 5. Copy of title insurance policy
☐ 6. Copy of current mortgage statement verifying balance and monthly payment
☐ 7. Copy of Driver’s License for all borrowers (if none, copy ID)
