Clifton Park, NY – The Bank of Greene County is pleased to announce the grand opening of its newest branch, located at 1208 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. The new branch expands the Bank’s footprint into Saratoga County and the Capital Region, and continues it’s commitment to exceptional customer service and the communities it serves.
The Clifton Park Branch will be led by Jessica Close, Branch Manager, who brings nearly 15 years of experience in banking and a deep commitment to the local community. Joining Jessica are Sherry Aioby, Assistant Branch Manager, and a dedicated team of professionals ready to assist customers with personal, business, municipal, and wealth management needs. This team includes Harjit Earnest, VP, Director of Retail Branch Network; Kristen Schiffer, Regional Branch Manager; Joe Bailey, Commercial Lending & Business Development Officer; Donald MacCormack, VP, Director of Municipal Banking; Jon Halligan, AVP, Municipal Banking; Keith DeMichele, Corporate Cash Management Specialist; and Claudio Mastroianni, Investment Services Representative.

The Bank of Greene County opened its first branch in the Capital Region, located on Wolf Road in Albany in 2020, followed by a branch on Columbia Turnpike in East Greenbush in 2023. In 2024, the Bank opened a dedicated Capital Region Banking Center, located at 3 Winners Circle in the town of Colonie. In addition to the Capital Region, the Bank also has branches in the Hudson Valley.
The new Clifton Park branch will feature a cyber-café, a drive-up 24-hour ATM, a drive-up window, and ample parking. The office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
The grand opening will be on Saturday, October 25th from 10am to 1pm. The opening will feature a Harvest Festival theme with many grand opening specials and promotions including refreshments, a chicken BBQ, and an appearance by 99.5 The River. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11am, in partnership with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce. Community members and local businesses are invited to attend, meet the staff, and tour the new branch.
