CATSKILL, NY – Donald Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announced the promotion of two long time employees at the Bank. Gibson stated: “It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Megan Zahn to Vice President, Director of Human Resources, and Keith DeMichele to Corporate Cash Management Officer. Both Megan and Keith have shown strong leadership, and a commitment to the growth and success of not only the Bank, but the communities we serve.”
Megan joined the Bank’s team in early 2022, and has held positions of increased responsibility in Human Resources. She has over 17 years of experience in human resources management and employee development training, and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the College of Saint Rose. Megan is a graduate of Catskill High School, and a Board Member for the Catskill Housing Authority. She lives in Catskill.
Keith joined the Bank as the Wolf Road Branch Manager in 2020, and has more than 35 years of banking experience. Keith was instrumental in the growth and success of the Bank in the Capital Region, and transitioned to the Corporate Cash Management team in 2023, where he helps provide specialized solutions for large business customers. Keith is very involved in the Albany community, and lives in Albany.
