Donald Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announces employee promotions in the Lending Department. Donald Gibson stated: “Due to the continued growth and success of the Bank, I’m very happy to announce we have promoted two dedicated employees to positions of increased responsibility. Credit Analysists play a key role in any Lending Department, and Chris and Joe are doing a great job.”
Chris Bub has been promoted to Sr. Credit Analyst/Portfolio Manager. Chris has been with the bank since 2016, and has held positions of increased responsibility in the Lending Department. Chris lives in Delmar (Albany County), and is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 3.
Joseph Rothrock has been promoted to full-time Fire/EMS Specialist. Joe joined the bank in 2011, and completed the Management Training Program before joining the Lending team and taking on positions of increased responsibility. Joe holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University, and a Master’s in Business Administration and certification in Organizational Leadership and Change from The College of St. Rose. Joe lives in Athens (Greene County), and is a volunteer firefighter as well as Treasurer with the Palenville Volunteer Fire Department.
